Assignment: Make a webpage with a rollover, link it to your existing site. Make a Navigation Bar, insert it into your site.

16: Thursday, July 3

Lecture/Tutorial: Flash interface; Illustrator's Role; Sound (Sound Edit); Buttons; Publishing your movie

Assignment: Make a movie who's main character moves convincingly. Make a button that has sound. Publish them. Add them to your existing website.

Homework: Begin thinking about your final website. Come up with three ideas to present on Tuesday the 8th. Be ready to talk about them. Do enough sketching to get the main idea across. Don't spend too much time developing any idea in full, as it might get voted down in favor of another, stronger concept.

Remember the loose guidelines--no portfolios, no "hello my name is," and no commercial sites. Let your mind wander. Contemplate something. Make some art.

Do not miss Tuesday the 8th's class--even if you've failed to do your homework. It is super important that you are around for the discussion.
